Dr. Yoga Yogendran
Chief Executive Officer
Yoga has 27 years of experience in developing and commercializing clean energy technology companies. He leads with a passion and works with executive leaders in corporations, governments, and non-profits to address climate change and creates companies and technologies that enable communities, industries and buildings to reduce their carbon footprint and further their sustainability, all while creating a proven economic benefit. Previously, he has served as director for the National Research Council of Canada for 9 years and founded a number of cleantech initiatives focusing such as CleanTech Community Gateway, a not-for-profit organization focusing on sustainable community development with First Nations and other remote communities.
Tina Zhang
Chief Operation Officer
Tina has over 15 years of experience in business development between China and Canada focusing on new energy industry. She is a shareholder in Richpower New Energy, a major energy storage solution provider dedicated to battery management systems and system integration in China. Prior to her business endeavours, she has over 11 years of experience in journalism covering technology and the legal sector.
Andrew is an electrical engineer with over 25 years' experience in technical and managerial roles for engineering corporations in Canada. He has led several electric and energy developments, including battery, solar and fuel cell projects.
Additionally, Andy is an expert at securing non-repayable Government project funding to support new technology projects for new innovative companies such as Intelligent Battery Systems.

Dr. Eric Pu
Chief Technology Officer
Dr. Eric Pu has over 25 years’ experience in business development in Canada and China. In 1998, he started his first business INNOVA Software Technology in China, the first company dedicated to professional software testing in the country. INNOVA provided software testing service to OriginLab and improved its product quality dramatically in just a few months, which became the most widely used scientific data processing and graphing software in the world in later years. The businesses co-founded and developed by Dr. Pu ranges from large software system to embedded system (hardware and firmware). One of them, Xian Software Technology, was acquired by Digital China, one of the largest application system providers in China.
Dr. Tianyu Li
Research and Development Scientist
Dr. Tianyu Li is a young and dedicated scientist and entrepreneur in Canada. He got his Ph.D. degree in electrochemistry at the age of 26 from the University of Victoria and worked as a postdoctoral fellow at the University of Toronto and later a sessional faculty at The King’s University. He has extensive research experience in electrochemical energy storage and conversion, focusing on alcohol-based fuel cells, water electrolysis and lithium-ion batteries. Previously working at National Research Council Canada, he was a member in a research project exploring NMC lithium-ion battery aging mechanisms.
Anita Zhong
Administrative Manager
She has over twenty years of experience in product import and export business in China, rich experience in business negotiation, valuable social resources, as well as the ability to integrate and allocate resources effectively.
Sean Yang
Energy System Developer
Sean is a recent graduate from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelors of Commerce Degree in Business Technology Management. He has previous industry experience working as a software developer in backend automations for a cryptocurrency company's digital assets platform. He is inquisitive in nature with a passion for learning new technologies and languages.
Donald Ceci
Sales and Marketing Specialist
Donald Ceci is an experienced Business Development specialist with over 25 years' success in senior sales and marketing roles. He has held Executive Management roles as President and CEO, VP Worldwide Sales, and Public Company Board Member for new high technology alternative energy companies such as Ballard Power, a leading Canadian-based Global provider of innovative clean energy solutions.
Don was previously Director of Sales at one of the World’s largest Funding service providers. He is a specialist in identifying and securing Funding for start-up technology companies such as Intelligent Battery Systems.
